Asked what it has been like for him in recent months, considering the initial agreement between United and Atalanta was reached back in October, Amad admits it was an unusual period of his career and looks forward to kicking on in the famous red shirt.
“It’s been a little bit strange these last few months,”
says Diallo. “I would have hoped to have played a little bit more with Atalanta, but it wasn’t possible.
“Now I’m here and I’m very happy to be here. I’m expecting a lot from my experience here and I’m looking forward to starting.”
